4 amazing Bartenders, 3 ingredients, 1 drink. This is Community. The Garage hosted Singapore’s 4 best private bars for a private (pun intended) Negroni weekend party. Ordinarily, you’d have to wait months (for one, it’s on hiatus) to snag a seat at any of these bars; last Saturday they brought the house down with 4 unique Negroni variants. From Chocolate Shochu to Pandan and Rum; a Chicken Rice variant and a Rose Milk-Citrus stiff one.
With copious amounts of them, I only had 1 good shot of the Pandan-Rum; the rest, was in my belly faster than my shutter finger. Coupled with good food and a kick ass band, I’d dare say this was one of the most fun alternative Negroni Week parties!
Oh and thanks Jethro for sharing your 1970s Campari with us! Oh my, it was a really amazing experience!
