Thick, fluffy, and perfectly moist. 🍯 Our secret? Waten Japanese Sweet Sauce. It’s the ultimate hack for pancakes that never dry out!
📍Ingredients:
Pancake mix 150g
Egg 1pc
Milk 80ml
Butter 1 tbsp
**Waten Japanese Sweet Sauce - MF 1 tbsp
Whipping cream
- Whipping cream 100 ml (Cool) + Waten Japanese Sweet Sauce - MF 2 tbsp
📍Method
1. Add eggs, milk, MF, and melted butter to a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the pancake mix to step 1 and mix to make the batter.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the batter, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes. Once small bubbles start to appear, flip it over and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Beat the cream until soft peaks form. Slowly add Waten Japanese Sweet Sauce and gently fold to incorporate.
