Our Humble Food Journey begins with Our Loving Tribute to this Woman and her Long Love and Legacies for Food and caring for her people.. She imparted her legacy to her daughter (my wife), whom now bakes all the wonderful tarts & cookies.
Ah Ma Boe Homemade Delights is a home based kitchen that reaches out to the individual Asian palate. Constantly creating Indonesian Homemade Delights such as Cookies, we are always very careful in ensuring the correct ingredients that are replaced or changed, that we do not alter the taste too far off. Either our Delights reach the 98% taste quality of the original recipe or we do not attempt make it. Baking at home is an enrichment of flavours at the comfort of one’s Home, but not compromising on Hygiene at all. This is to ensure that any of the Cookies or Finger Delights will always be of a high quality standard. We can’t ensure a 100% physical measurement of any particular cookie or tart as everything is handmade. We do not use machines and neither are we a food factory.
