Black Forest will always feel like Christmas to me — warm, classic and full of love.
For this year’s log, we take our time: fresh cherries soaked for days in kirsch, layered with chocolate whipped ganache, finished with Vanilla creme and Valrhona couverture shards and a touch of caramelized hazelnuts for that festive crunch.
