Dear customers, please note we are shut from 20th Dec for the holiday season cos, we also want to enjoy Annual Leave 🤭 We will be back from the cccold to serve you in glorious humidity from 3rd Jan. What a wild year it has been for us, Thank you so much for supporting us, we really appreciate you. We wish you happy holidays and a happy new year!

We made it to HungryGoWhere.com ☺️ Sharing the story of how The Little Red Hen came about and how it’s grown from one sister’s personal journey to now the whole family’s. Syakirah really should be on the cover as Redha’s spending less time at the stall but Syakirah’s camera shy so next time you’re there tell her how she looks even better in person k! 😆Ever watched The Bear? Our kitchen life is very much like that - except no one gets locked in the refrigerator 😂 and there’s a lot more music. Also what perfect timing in time for Father’s Day weekend! We are open for breakfast from 6am but lunch (Nasi Ulam*) begins from 11am. Open till 2pm, Mon-Fri till except on PH. *Come by before 1230pm before the Nasi Ulam sells out.

At The Little Red Hen, nasi ulam laboriously prepared by owner Redha Faikah and her sister Nur Syakirah, and served with yummy percik sauce.

Thank you for your warm and encouraging response to the Channel News Asia feature of our foodstalls last weekend. We’ve already had to double up our food since then 😅 Belly of a Nation is a heartwarming docuseries dedicated to celebrating (street) hawker food, history and culture and did such an amazing job bringing out all our personal stories! There were a lot of lovely surprises but all in all we loved working with the crew and it made me prouder of my family. Here are the links to the 3 episodes, also available on YouTube.

Business is Back to Normal! Much appreciation to those of you who kept coming back for Nasi Ulam while I was away and left disappointed each time 😅 🙏I came back from our “company retreat” in Alaska with bad Covid so unfortunately the “fishing trip” got extended. But, all good now - business back to normal and Nasi Ulam & Ayam Percik is back with our other signature dishes. Thank you so much for your support!
