We would like to thank all our customers for your love and support for the past 12 months.

Duke of Congee will be open from 7.30am - 2.30pm everyday till 20th December 2021. We hope to see you all again.

Thank you NUS Food and Travel Club for the write up!

[Bedok] I love a good pun so the clever name is already a winner in my book. Oh, and the porridge is also really good. What really does it for me is the smooth, creamy texture that’s almost risotto-esque. It’s thicker than most Hainanese congees I’ve had, and it’s so satisfying to slurp. The ingredients are also thoughtfully prepared, with the pork balls and sliced fish having evident seasoning and marination. The porridge base itself is fine enough, though not the most flavourful I’ve had (sin heng kee still wears the crown for me—I’m sure they put drugs in there, how can it be so tasty?!). But make no mistake— this is still a tremendous effort by the 25yo lad who only just opened this stall not too long ago. ($5.50)
