Katong felt a little different today, in the nicest way. With the road free of cars, there was room to slow down, wander about and enjoy the neighbourhood. Sunny skies, a little afternoon heat, and the perfect excuse for a cold b**r. 🍻

Lots of dogs to say hello to, kids busy with activities, a live band playing and even a spot of yoga. Lovely seeing the street filled with people hanging out and enjoying their Saturday.

We swung by 808 Eating House’s booth for drinks and tried their housemade horchata—a creamy, refreshing treat in this weather. They’ve also got four Sunbird b**rs to quench your thirst: Orchid Tie Guan Yin, Laksa Rice Ale, L***r and IPA.

A refreshing change of pace, right in the neighbourhood. More Saturdays like this, please! ☀️

The b**rs are fresh and well within their best-before dates. The only thing missing is the BCRS deposit mark.

We’re gathering our remaining cans into one generous bundle: 15 × 330ml Sunbird b**rs, featuring a rotating mix of favourites and special releases. Selections may vary and repeat.

Pick up any 2 bundles and we’ll add a pair of Sunbird socks, with designs sent at random.

Beerfest Asia at Palawan Beach, you were a good one. 🌊🍻

Beerfest is always more than just pouring b**rs. It’s one of those rare weekends when we get to catch up with so many friends from across the industry in one place — many of whom arrived with food in hand and kept us very well fed between pours. 😂

And of course, our own friends showed up for us without fail too, just as they always do.

Thank you to everyone who came by for a pour, stayed for a chat and made the weekend what it was. We ended it tired, full and very happy. Till the next one!

SET-UP DAY ☀️🍻 Couldn’t have asked for a better start.

It’s been 2 years since our last Beerfest, so we’re very excited to be back — new venue, new energy, and 9 Sunbird b**rs pouring at A04.

Expect easy favourites like Osmanthus Pear Ale and Kueh Salat Rice L***r, alongside bigger pours like Masquerade Ball Double IPA, Moutai White Ale and Pulut Hitam Imperial Stout. Taking it easy? Blue Hour is on too.

There’s ample table seating right in front of us, so grab a b**r, get a bite, settle into the music, then dance your way through the DJs’ sets.

And yes, we’ve got festival bundles worth checking out too.

Back at UB3 for a cosy dinner, and it was every bit as good as we remembered.

The rustic pies were warm and comforting, while the fish and chips came with a fresh, flaky fillet and crisp batter. The steak frites was just as satisfying, with both dishes served alongside a fresh salad and proper hand-cut chips. Blooming onions are such a rare find these days, so of course we had to order one.

Our favourite of the evening might just be the peri-peri wings—lightly breaded, full of flavour and even better with that addictive sauce spread across the plate. We only wished there was more!

Alongside dinner is a rotating selection of local craft b**rs on draft. Depending on your luck, you may spot Sunbird’s Moutai White Ale at 8% ABV or Blue Hour Non-Alcoholic Pale Ale on the taps too.

Genuinely enjoyable food, top-notch service and a cosy space to let the evening unfold. We’ll be back.

This Mid-Autumn, we let the tea take the lead. 🌕

Meet Orchid Tie Guan Yin L***r — our seasonal brew built around one thing we didn’t want to compromise on: really good tea.

We sourced quality Tie Guan Yin from a long-established Singapore tea house, knowing that when the leaves are this central to the brew, everything shows in the glass.

The result is delicate and beautifully fragrant — floral aromatics, layered oolong character and a clean, crisp l***r finish that lets the tea linger without weighing the b**r down.

Light at the table, but with plenty to discover in every sip.

Witbier lovers, meet Island Breeze. ☀️

You may know the b**r already. Island Breeze White Ale is the new home of Fluff Up Belgian Witbier — our soft, fluffy wheat b**r that quietly picked up three awards in 2024.

Now refreshed and joining our Everyday Series for good, it’s still brewed with raw wheat, oats, spices and orange peel for a smooth, pillowy body, gentle spice and an easy, refreshing finish.

New name. Familiar soul.

Some partnerships go beyond what’s in the glass. 🌱🍺

We’re excited to be part of Harvest Forward with The Local Farm, and to share two brews that connect what we drink a little closer to what’s grown.

Cool Haze Session IPA — our collaboration with The Local Farm, brewed with wheatgrass, mint and lime.

Kueh Salat Rice L***r — a three-way collaboration between Sunbird × SōngHè × The Local Farm, brewed with rice and inspired by the familiar flavours of pandan and coconut.

What makes these collaborations even more meaningful is the pledgeback behind them. Through The Local Farm’s ROOTS platform, we can follow the journey of ingredients supported through our pledgebacks — tracing them back to their source, the producers and farmers behind what we consume.

It’s a side of b**r we don’t often get to see: where things come from, who grows them, and how the choices we make can create an impact further down the line.

Beyond our own brews, we’re equally excited to be part of an ecosystem where we get to discover and connect with other like-minded brands. Who knows where these connections might lead — hopefully to new ideas, meaningful collaborations and an even bigger impact together.
