Popiah or Spring Roll – a popular traditional dish among the Hokkiens and Peranakans. There are many versions of Popiah, filling varies with different families according to individual cook preferences on the ingredients and portion.

Our unique recipe originated from our Great grandmother who was born in a typical Hokkien family with 12 children. She was eventually adopted and bought up by a Nyonya (Peranankans lady).
