Mote_Le'_Kout is born remotely. This special concept is aiming to bring the healthy take on authentic Burmese cuisine in the sustainable packaging- a small but important change to reduce our carbon footprint. We are a group of friends from Burma, and UK. As a Burmese, I learnt the Burmese cooking from my parents, and ’s Burmese Kitchen’s founder. My dad worked different parts of Burma, and he

learnt our ethnic food from different regions. His recipes have passed down to me. A meal, can play as a storyteller, showcasing the personality, background and culture of its creator. I take the meal presentation as an art form, and the founder of Burmese Kitchen has shown me how to bring passion and love into the plate that we create. So here we are to bring our Authentic Burmese Food in a presentable and healthy version to every culture and diversity. I have partnered with my friend from UK to deliver the desserts and bakery to complete your meal.
