We place the welfare of our hens at the heart of our farming systems, providing a safe and comfortable environment that is protected from other animals and harsh weather. With plenty of natural light, fresh air and space to move around, our hens are able to flap their wings, socialise, and perch in cosy nesting boxes to lay their eggs in privacy. In line with Australian hen welfare standards, our
hens have access to food and water 24 hours a day, are closely monitored by vets and animal nutritionists, and are regularly and independently audited to ensure ongoing strict compliance to our Cage Free Standard.
