My boss handed me a jar of bacteria and it accidentally became my business.

I was mid 8-week challenge at BFT, training daily, strict meal plan, zero fun in my cup. She gave me a SCOBY and I stared at it like... what am I meant to do with this pet??

So I started brewing. Experimenting. She taste-tested every single batch (the original guinea pig 😂).

That weird little jar is now KOKÉ. Sometimes the thing that changes your life shows up looking strange in a jar 🌿
