Gaining the title of 'Celebrity Chef,' Chef Cheng Kam Fu established his reputation by serving as the private chef to Ronald Li, the founder of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and tycoon Lim Por Yen. Despite his extensive experience in celebrity circles for over two decades, Chef Cheng's modest approach led him to be recognized with the esteemed "Best Reclusive Chef Award" at the King of Catering Awards in Hong Kong.

In 2007, he established Celebrity Cuisine, a premium Cantonese restaurant situated in Lan Kwai Fong Hotel. Under his leadership, the restaurant swiftly became a favourite among Hong Kong's celebrities and food enthusiasts, securing its inaugural Michelin Star in 2010, which maintained for a decade.

In 2022, Chef Cheng partnered with Alvin Leung, renowned as the 'Demon Chef,' to introduce The Demon Celebrity (廚魔名人坊). This unique establishment showcases both chefs' specialties, offering innovative twists on Cantonese classics. The Demon Celebrity achieved its first Michelin Star in 2023.

With a culinary experience that spans over 25 years, Chef Arnaud Dunand is a master of French cuisine and culinary icon in Bangkok’s restaurant scene.

Finding his passion for cooking during his childhood in the mountains of the Savoie region, France, it was where Chef Arnaud’s culinary journey begun.

His journey has brought him to work in some of the most esteemed kitchens and alongside some renowned culinary talents globally, including Marc Veyrat, Jacques Lameloise and Jean Francois Piège at Hôtel de Crillon.

Chef Arnaud’s opened his restaurant, Maison Dunand in 2022 and was awarded 1-Michelin star in 2023.

Known for his classic French cuisine and for using only French ingredients, Chef Arnaud hopes to introduce something more personal at Maison Dunand; a cuisine inspired from his travels around the globe while staying true to his roots, Savoie region and France.

Owing to her background in farm driven cuisine, Chef Tam’s cooking focuses on responsibly grown and sourced local produce with a modern twist on Thai flavours.

At the tender age of 25, Chef Tam won the first season of ‘Top Chef Thailand’ despite being the youngest in the competition. Following her win, she travelled and cooked in 6 different countries showcasing modern Thai cuisine.

An advocate of food waste reduction, Chef Tam was also the Chef Ambassador for Thai Harvest/SOS and UNEP campaigns from 2015 to 2017.

Chef Tam is the chef/owner of Baan Tepa which was awarded One-Michelin star in 2023 and ranked #46 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
