Are you craving a warm and comforting bowl of noodles? Our ban mian is just what you need! Our hand-pulled noodles are made fresh to order, using a recipe that has been worked on for years.

Our broth is simmered for hours to bring out the full depth of flavor, and we use only the freshest ingredients to create our toppings.

At our stall, we take pride in our handmade noodle and are dedicated to serving you the best possible bowl. We're passionate about sharing our love of noodle!

Other than the all time favourite ban mian and you mian (板面 and 幼面), we also offer the lesser known but equally delicious sheng mian (生面)!

For those who are not familiar with sheng mian, the main difference of this noodle is that the texture slightly firmer, chewier and more springy than ban mian or you mian. When cooked in our flavourful broth, it is the best combination of taste and texture!

Come down for a piping hot bowl of sheng mian if you have not tried it before! 🍜
