我家人世代在无锡苏州流域打渔为生，父母从1994年开始就在阳澄湖里养殖大闸蟹，至今已经有28年。我们在国内的品牌叫做阳澄阿根|周阿根大闸蟹。 在新加加坡叫dr.crab, 大闸蟹博士。因为我是国大的博士+大闸蟹，所以取名叫大闸蟹博士。

Starting from 2020, the meaning of "Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs" had been expanded from the narrow sense of hairy crabs produced in the Yangcheng Lake to the hairy crabs produced by standardized breeding in its surrounding crab ponds. The former is usually called "lake crab", while the latter is called "pond crab". Because lake crabs are organically farmed and the output is too small, so lake crabs are specially marked when they are sold. For example, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs are called Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs ["lake crabs"], while pond crabs are not, just call Yangcheng Lake hairy crab.
从2020年开始，"阳澄湖大闸蟹"的含义从狭义的阳澄湖湖区产出的大闸蟹扩大到阳澄湖及其周边蟹塘标准化养殖产出的大闸蟹。前者通常被称为『湖蟹』，而后者则被称为『塘蟹』。因为湖蟹生态养殖，产量太小，所以湖蟹在售卖时会特别标注，例如阳澄湖大闸蟹『湖蟹』，而塘蟹则不会。
