This week, we welcomed Dougal Cameron from Olsson's Salt for a working visit with our team, where they spent time with our sales team on product training, tasting, and understanding the story behind the salt we supply. While many see salt as a simple ingredient, the session focused on where it comes from, how it is produced, and how it is best used in a professional kitchen.
This visit follows our expansion of Olssonβs Salt into larger formats for wholesale, allowing us to support restaurants more directly beyond retail. The training also gave our team practical insight into how the product performs in different applications, particularly in steakhouses where seasoning plays a critical role in the final dish.
