𝙄 𝙃𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙈𝙊𝙏𝙀𝘿!!

5.5 years doing financial planning wasn’t smooth sailing ⛵️
And hard to share conclude in 5 mins speech.
I started with familiarity , having my sister started off alongside me.
Less than 6 months, almost the entire team left (migrated).
I started saying , 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙨 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣.
Someone told me, you are here because it will pay you better than your previous job. To be honest, up till now.. I don’t know how much I can earn from every idea proposed.
But I am sure 5.5 yrs , I am not being paid better than my previous job. I am a strong believer of protection and family planning and also to protect families lacking knowledge to better protect their families. My supposed promotion at the first year was cancelled 1 month before it was suppose to happen due to a client lapsing a huge policy. I was affected, disappointed and depressed.
This affected about 2-3 years of my career here as we are being monitored for cancellations. If I was here for monetary purposes / incentives , I believe I would have left 4 years back.
Subsequently, I also faced clients that verbally abuse and threathen.
But now I am proud that my persistence to build a good financial protection foundation for families bring me to a new level after 5.5years.
