If our signature dumplings hook your palate🤌, you can even buy the frozen dumplings for your family and friends or indulge in your own dumplings feast🥟🥟🥟 at home! ( While stocks last...)

PS: Both stalls at People’s Park and Serangoon are not opened today. A last minute decision to take an extra day off today. Hold your cravings and we will be opened tomorrow as usual. 😁

There can be 101 ways to cook steamed dumplings...
✅Let us show you the recommended way to prepare our Tjfk dumplings Jiaozi 🥟at home for best result in just 7mins❗

Note: Results vary depending on the: -size of your pot ( we used a 18cm by 14cm base pot)
-amount of water used (We filled half the pot with water first)
-how big your 🔥 is...
-no. of dumplings you cook each time ( we cooked 10 and 15 dumplings separately with our pot)

If you undercook, the filling may not be cooked fully. If you overcook, the thin dough skin may break...and the result may be less satisfactory.

So we say...Best to see with your 👀 and taste with your 👅 to make sure the dumplings are fully cooked just right!
