My own version of Banana Cake. Baked using flour, fresh eggs, chocolate chips, crushed walnuts, vanilla extract, a pinch of fresh cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar & Aloha bananas from the Philippines.
10 to 12 slices from each loaf. Moist & crusty pairs well with coffee, tea or ice cream.

Two days ago my client ordered 4 boxes of Pandan Ondeh Ondeh, then this morning at about 9am he texted to order 10 boxes. Each box contains 12 pieces. I texted back to confirm and he said yes and did a paynow transfer.it was a hit as his friends found it delicious, freshly grated coconut and good size.

As a home based private chef, today I cooked an Indian version of the classic seafood Paella. Cooked with premium basmati rice, fish stock, various Indian spices especially toasted Methi or Fenugreek leaves. Texture was deliciously moist and flavourful.
