With ginkgo nuts and pumpkin on the side, this is best enjoyed warm. Reheat it in the microwave or over the stove before consumption.

This 6” square old school butter cake is what we like - traditional & rich, airy & light.

Choose between the use of SCS butter or the even more buttery Golden Churn (top up $2). We are confident you will love it as much as we do! Old-fashioned, but it’s a cake we’d want to have over and over again!

To keep longer, you can freeze the cheesecake. For best results, frozen cheesecake should be used within a month of freezing, and up to 2 months with a slight change in texture.

For nice clean slices, prepare a long sharp knife along with a pot of boiling water. Heat the knife with the hot water before each slice and wipe clean knife after.
