Enjoy Viet & Beans Bistro Fragrant Rice Noodles with protein options:
The duck meat is smokey, juicy, and tender. The pickle veg and fresh salad are crisp and crunchy. The fragrant rice (or rice noodle) is well dressed in our house made green onion ginger sauce. chicken is thoroughly marinated in natural aromatics; whilst the belly is brined overnight in coconut water.
