$4 for purchases between $40 to $49.90
$5 for purchases between $50 to $59.90
$6 for purchases between $60 to $69.90
$7 for purchases between $70 to $79.90
$8 for purchases between $80 to $89.90
$9 for purchases between $90 to $99.90
