选用新鲜沙葛切丝入馅，现包现炸。外皮金黄酥脆，内馅清甜鲜香，每一口都充满最纯粹的传统风味。

This Fried Sengkuang is the result of years of dedication and passion from my father.

Through countless trials and refinements, he carefully perfected the recipe to ensure every bite is crispy, flavorful, and filled with the nostalgic taste of the good old days.

We remain committed to handcrafted preparation, preserving the traditional methods and the familiar flavors of childhood.

Made with freshly shredded sengkuang (jicama), each piece is wrapped and fried fresh to order. Golden and crispy on the outside, naturally sweet and savory on the inside.

A humble traditional snack that carries the cherished childhood memories of many Ipoh locals.
