We pushed through rounds of R&D to balance the caramel, control the sweetness, and keep the banana flavour clean instead of drowned in sugar. The cream is light, the toffee is deep but not overpowering, and every layer actually serves a purpose.

Yes, it meant eating far too many test batches. That is the cost of refusing to release something mediocre.

Final verdict: dangerously addictive, not tooth-achingly sweet.
