In Loving Memory of Grandma

The past weeks have brought back so many memories of you, Nek. I remember the school holidays spent by your side, and I got my first hp from you. And you always spent a lot of time with me during the school holidays. Your comforting words, and the joy you found in the little things - especially food.

I’ll never forget how happy you looked enjoying the meals I cooked, or how excited I was to fulfill your cravings. I still remember how excited you were when you found out I cooked sambal petai prawn for you!

Your love and support shaped so much of who I am, and I promise to keep you in my prayers always.

Thank you for being my grandmother and for showing me the kind of love only a grandmother can give. Rest well, Nek - you’ll forever be in my heart.
