Ingredients (for about 10 mini cookie cups) :

120 g brown sugar
60 g white sugar
100 g browned butter
2 egg
2 tbsp whipping cream
190g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (as desired)
Chocolate for the filling (I realized I should have added more hehehehe)

Behind the camera:

I did chill the dough before baking to help the cookies hold their shape.

Baked at 180 Celsius bottom for 15mins then 4 mins top

The cookies are ready once they develop a light golden color on top.

Enjoy them warm for the perfect taste😋
I loved adding the Whipping Cream to the dough!
