Makin hari makin ramai yang dijangkiti dengan kafarah COVID.

Variant baru atau tidak, tak penting. Pucuk pangkalnya ramai yang sakit baik yang dah divasinasi atau yang belum.

Oleh itu Nabi kita Muhammad SAW tunjukan umatnya untuk cara pemakanan seharian. Baik yang kita makan, baik lah tubuh kita.

Surah al-Baqarah, ayat 172
“Wahai orang yang beriman makanlah dari segala yang baik-baik yang kami rezekikan kepada kamu dan bersyukurlah kepada Allah, jika betul kamu hanya beribadat kepadanya”

Oleh itu mari mula dengan pemakanan sunnah seperti kurma. Khusus Kurma Ajwa.

1) Kajian mendapati, individu yang makan tujuh biji kurma setiap hari akan membuang air besar secara teratur.
2) Kandungan gula itu serta serat yang tinggi dalam kurma sangat bermanfaat untuk mengawal gula dalam darah.
3) Kurma mengandungi ANTIOKSIDAN yang dapat mencegah pelbagai penyakit kronik.
4) Kurma dapat mengurangkan inflamasi pada otak serta mengurangkan risiko penyakit seperti alzheimer serta pembentukan plak pada otak.
5) Kurma mengandungi mineral iaitu fostor, kalium, kalsium dan magnesium yang dapat mencegah penyakit tulang seperti osteoporosis.

Therefore is it the vaccine not working?

Let's go back to Sunnah food that was been a way of life from our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
The baraqah & blessing of such food is certainly no doubt a good alternative to consider during these times.
