What an unforgettable night at Ippudo Clarke Quay! 🍜

We had an absolute blast teaming up for a night filled with delicious ramen, refreshing sake, and awesome tunes! 🎶🍶 From the first slurp of those mouthwatering bowls of ramen to the last sip of chilled sake, it was a perfect combo of food, drinks, and vibes. 🤩

Last week was something special at Wine Mouth. We had the chance to host Chef Dave, the mastermind behind Saison Aperitif, a stunning aperitif from Australia that’s all about thoughtful craft and seasonal flavor.

Chef Dave walked us through the story and process behind Saison, and honestly, it was such a treat to hear his passion firsthand. The aperitif itself? A game-changer—and a unique celebration of Australia's seasonal botanicals. We even had a chance to preview an unreleased floral bottle!
