Our Andesteg-inspired smørrebrød is on this weekend!

We reinterpret the traditional danish roast duck dish with our lightly-smoked juniper and thyme cured duck breast and sweet citrus-prune puree.

This is topped off a fresh dill-pickled apple, orange and fennel salad, Rødkål, and adorned with charred apricots and earthy pistachio dukkah. Served on our house-fennel bread.
