Acquiring the right nutrients is crucial in the recovery journey. To assist you better, Zuo Yue Food carefully crafts our meals according to the nutritional facts and TCM-considerations to ensure the right balance in your diet.

Today’s topic is on fiber. Fibers are very important as it reduces the chances of mothers suffering from constipation after giving birth.

One of our dishes, boiled broccoli with bailing mushroom, carrot & wolfberry with ginger strips is a nutritionally well-balanced vegetable dish that provides vitamins and antioxidants.
