What a wonderful evening it was. 🥂

We were delighted to welcome Ichinokura's Nagai Seiji-san, alongside our Master Sake Sommelier Janice Chi for an intimate evening of exceptional Miyagi Sake and Japanese Cuisine. Paired with a thoughtfully curated menu by Chef-Owner Chi Pin Han, it was a night filled with great conversations, memorable pairings, and shared appreciation for Japanese craftsmanship.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to welcoming you again at our future pairing dinners. 🍶✨
