Our Diavola uses Spianata Calabrese, a spicy air-cured salami from Calabria, pressed flat during curing for its signature elongated, rectangular shape. Bold, savoury, and laced with Calabrian chilli, it is what gives the pizza its unmistakable heat and depth.

Made in-house with Italian extra virgin olive oil, Calabrian chillies, and peperone crusco, the traditional dried sweet pepper of Basilicata, it brings gentle warmth and a subtle smoky sweetness to every scoop.

The peperoncino brings the heat, while peperone crusco adds a subtle smokiness and sweetness to round it out. The result is Tutto chilli oil, simple, balanced, and made to go with just about everything. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
