Mr Malcolm Ong the CEO of The Fish Farmer, invested in aquaculture in 2007 and currently operates four marine farms, producing up to 1,000 tons of aquatic products per year. Considering the busy pace of modern life and not necessarily knowing how to handle fish, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 launched 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗮𝘁 Ready-To-Cook Frozen Fish.

Our Barramundi and Mullet fish are quickly sent to a food factory in Woodlands for processing after being harvested and packed into heat-resistant food-grade vacuum bags. The whole process takes less than 8 hours, and no MSG or preservatives are added.

The four types of 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗮𝘁 Ready-To-Cook Frozen Fish are 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶, 𝗧𝗲𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘄-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶, 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁. Each pack contains 2 servings.

Simply place 1 pack of Frozen fillet and 1 pack of sauce in boiling water as directed, simmer for 12 minutes. Then cut open the package and pour the sauce over the fish fillet.

There is also 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗮, with 100% fish fillings, no added flour. To cook, simply put it in the air fryer or oven for 8 minutes.
