When we prepare our own food with Love, we know exactly which ingredients and how much of each are going into our food. Mama believed that food bring memories, families and friends on the same table. Taste & scent of the traditional nostalgic food bring her back to her youth days with her dearly missed mum. In their small 50 years old flat she learned to cook her favourite homely dishes,back in the days thats her way to spend time with her late mother. The close bonding they had together have been brought down to Mama's own family (which is me! Mama's own child), we spend our free time exploring recipes and bringing back the nostalgic food i remembered i had during my childhood times at granny's place. Mama are from the F&B industry since she started working full time, she passed her Food Safety Course (FSC).
