Taiwan Head Brewery built its reputation on a simple, almost poetic idea: beer that follows the rhythm of the 24 solar terms. Spring, summer, autumn, winter - each season expressed through ingredients grown on Taiwanese soil. Think citrus peel lifted straight from the farms for โWHITE DEW็ฝ้ฒ Citrus Session IPA,โ jasmine flowers from Changhua ๅฝฐๅ for โMAJOR HEAT ๅคงๆ Jasmine IPA,โ or green plums anchoring their ๆฅๅ SPRING EQUINOX Plum Ale.
Itโs the kind of brewing philosophy that has carried them onto international podiums again and again - World Beer Cup, World Beer Awards, European Beer Star, and more than 80 medals collected over the years. More importantly, itโs helped shape a distinct voice for Taiwanese craft beer, one that doesnโt mimic the West but grows out of its own landscape.
