Today (26 Jan 2025) is the LAST DAY to pre-order our half/whole chickens for your home reunion dinners. We will stop taking in new orders after 5pm today as we need to put in the chicken order to our supplier. But rest assured the chickens will still be delivered and cooked FRESH as our supplier, Kee Song Singapore will still be delivering on CNY Eve. Pre-order prices as below:

• Half chicken (steamed/roasted): $17.80
• Whole chicken (steamed/roasted): $32.80

Chickens are cooked and packed in the morning of CNY Eve itself to ensure freshness. Therefore, self-collection is ONLY on 28 Jan 2025 from 11am to 3pm at our stall. We are located at:

Happy New Year to all our supporters!! Hope everyone had a blast ushering in 2025 with your loved ones.

With effect from 3 January 2025, we will be making slight adjustments to our prices, due to rising costs of ingredients and essential services. This decision was not made lightly, and we seek your understanding that this is a necessary move in order for our business to continue serving you with quality food which you deserve.

Back in January 2024, when GST went up from 8% to 9%, our suppliers and utilities providers increased their prices across the board. But we did not increase our prices then as we know the pinch everyone was feeling at that point in time. And we sincerely hope you can see and appreciate our efforts for absorbing the hit for the whole of 2024.

There is a silver lining though. Not all prices are adjusted upwards. There are a few menu items which we have lowered in price, as we feel the need to offer some value for your money when you dine at our stall. Also, we will continue not to charge extra for takeaway packaging, which is what 80% of food establishments are practicing.

We also assure you that we will not cut corners in terms of our ingredients and our way of cooking, and you will continue to enjoy quality and authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice here at our stall.

We truly hope you can see the situation from our perspective, and we look forward to your continued support and patronage in 2025. Best of wishes to one and all in this New Year. 🙏🙏🙏

从2025 年 1 月 3 日起，我们将对价格进行小幅调整，因为食材和基本服务的成本上涨。我们希望您能理解这并非一个草率的决定，这是必要的举措，以便我们能继续为您提供您应得的优质食品。

早在 2024 年 1 月，当消费税（GST）从 8% 上涨到 9% 时，我们的供应商和公用事业提供商就全面提高了价格。但我们当时并没有提高我们的价格，因为我们知道当时每个人都感到经济和消费上压力。我们真诚地希望您能看到我们已经吸收了整个 2024 年的经济冲击，并理解我么在过去的一年里所做出的牺牲。

好消息是，并非所有价格都向上调整。我们降低了部分菜单的价格，因为我们认为有必要在您来我们摊位用餐时提供一些物有所值的选择。处此之外，我们也将继续不对外卖包装收取额外费用，虽然80% 的餐饮店都在这样做。

我们还向您保证，我们不会在食材和烹饪方式上偷工减料，您将继续在我们的摊位享用优质和正宗的海南鸡饭。
