Recently, I had the privilege of participating in a sit-down session with the former head of a multinational F&B group. Seeking his counsel and insights on expansion and business management, I was truly humbled by the experiences he shared. One key subject he emphasized was establishing a solid foundation, which would enable us to develop a robust business model and SOP. Following the session, I recognized that although my business is a household name in Singapore, it requires further fortification to achieve my ambitions and goals. Consequently, my initial step is to engage in brand projection. I humbly request that family, friends, and customers assist me in sharing this information.
