There’s a “not-so-secret secret” in the mooncake world — many lotus seed pastes are blended with white beans to keep costs down.

But at My Mum’s Cookies, we simply don’t do that.

Our pure lotus seed paste contains only lotus seeds, sugar and oil. That’s it.

Just the naturally fragrant taste of lotus seeds, with a smooth, rich texture that reflects the time and patience it takes to slowly cook and stir it to perfection.

Why are we so particular?

Because when “Mum” makes something for her family, she never asks, “How much can I save?” — she asks, “Would I be happy serving this to the people I love?” ❤️

And that’s exactly how we make our mooncakes. 🥮
