The pork belly is fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Every bite starts with that crispy coating, followed by juicy pork and loads of garlicky goodness.

The aroma is simply irresistible! 🥩

🧄 食材｜Ingredients
▪️ 蒜米 200g｜200g garlic
▪️ 五花肉 500g｜500g pork belly
▪️ 蛋 1粒｜1 egg

腌料｜Marinade
▪️ 红葱头 5粒｜5 shallots
▪️ 蒜米 10瓣｜10 cloves garlic
▪️ 姜 3片｜3 slices ginger
▪️ 鲍鱼汁 1汤匙｜1 tbsp abalone sauce

炸粉｜Coating
▪️ 玉米粉 3汤匙｜3 tbsp corn flour
▪️ 木薯粉 2汤匙｜2 tbsp tapioca starch

This is honestly such a good dish to have with rice.
Serve it with a bowl of steaming hot rice, and you’ve got a simple, comforting meal that everyone will enjoy. 🍚

海底捞9月新推的3款素食，真的比想象中好吃很多🫶🏻

🥟 如意素虾｜弹牙扎实的口感，一口咬下很有满足感
🍡 素香大贡丸｜丢进锅底煮开来吸饱汤汁的香气，比很多肉丸还够味
🧧 素锦福袋｜内馅超饱满，涮进汤底一煮，满满都是福气感，光看颜值就很想吃

我不是纯素食者，但吃火锅的时候多一些素食选择真的加分。
有人爱肉、有人爱菜，一锅里各取所需，谁都不委屈 ❤️

这次真心觉得，素食也可以很有滋有味，一点都不将就。
