Here, you will be faced with a dazzling array of choices for you to mix and match. On the menu are things you wouldn't normally see at the typical fish soup stall
3 kinds of vegetables: chye sim 菜心, bitter gourd 苦瓜and cabbage 白菜
2 kinds of fish: mackerel (马鲛鱼) and grouper (石斑鱼)
