Carrot Cubes began for one very simple reason—我只希望能帮老豆减轻一点负担。

Throughout this eight-year journey, I experienced one of the lowest points of my life. Both my mental health and finances hit rock bottom, but I never allowed that to stop me from moving forward.

Although we had to close down our factory, I am still grateful that we have our humble little stall, where we can continue my dad’s legacy by serving the handmade carrot cake he spent so many years perfecting.

Thank you to every customer who has supported Carrot Cubes along the way. Every bowl you enjoy gives us another reason to keep going. ❤️
