What you see may not be what it is.
If you didn’t see a queue in front of our stall, it doesn’t really mean there are no orders in front of you. If you see Otah on our tray, it doesn’t mean it’s definitely available for you. We do not encourage customers to queue physically for our Otah, especially in this COVID situation. We strongly encourage customers to place their order with us first before going to buy other things because the waiting time can range from 10mins to 30mins and more especially on weekends and public holidays. Hence don’t be alarmed when someone seems to have cut your queue and get their Otah first because they have already placed their orders before you. Also, we will only collect your money when we give you the Otah (一手交钱一手交货). So if you didn’t come back at the stipulated timing after ordering, we will sell it to other people and we can’t guarantee if there will be any Otah left.
If you don’t have time to wait, then wait for next time. We don’t accept advance order via phone/msg nor do delivery too. All orders should be placed and collected on the spot.
