Hawker Stories at Raffles Courtyard presents its fourth and final instalment of the series, Seafood Pirates and Yap's Noodle, both originally from the heartlands of Yishun Park Hawker Centre!

Self-taught millennial hawker Chef Darren Teo of Seafood Pirates, together with culinary veteran Henry Yap, who helms over 18 years of experience across stints at Tanjong Beach Club, have teamed up to form the current 51 Noodle House!
