Mdm Leong 板面 Hakka-style ban mian inspired by her mother's recipe, using freshly handmade noodles and broth with

Mdm Leong came from Malaysia and her recipes followed the Cantonese-Hakka style flavours she grew up with. Her mother was also a great inspiration and basis to most of her dishes. Mdm Leong also believes in serving a good bowl of ban mian that you can't find anywhere else in Singapore. As she says, if you put your heart into cooking the food, people will feel it.
