Matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks, this release delivers deep layers of mocha, fig syrup, toasted hazelnuts, honeycomb, brandied cherries, toffee sauce and dark fruit richness.

Meikle Tòir, meaning “big pursuit”, is The GlenAllachie Distillery’s bold journey into peated single malt whisky.

Crafted under the guidance of Billy Walker, Meikle Tòir uses mainland peat and long fermentation to create a sweeter, fruitier and more oak-driven style of smoke — rich, earthy and beautifully balanced.

Expect layers of sweet peat, dark chocolate, heather honey, roasted nuts, ginger spice and oak-smoked depth.

The GlenAllachie 17 Year Old Mizunara & Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish brings together one of the most elusive oaks in whisky — Mizunara — with the deep, indulgent richness of Oloroso Sherry casks.

Mizunara is notoriously difficult to work with, prized for its delicate aromatic character and rarely used in Scotch whisky maturation. In the hands of Billy Walker and GlenAllachie’s cask programme, it becomes something bold, layered and beautifully complex.

Expect waves of heather honey, dried orange, ginger, cocoa, baking spice, grilled honeycomb and dark fruit richness.
