3 Sep–12 Dec—Vendemmia: A new season arrives at Somma, a tribute to the farmers, artisans, traditions and memories from Chef Mirko Febbrile’s native Puglia. Reservations now open.

5 Sep, 6–9pm—Claudine welcomes Jesse Vida, co-founder of Cat Bite Club (Asia’s 50 Best Bars) for a one-night-only Bar Guest Shift. Joining Bar Manager Gary Kang behind the bar, expect an evening of playful cocktails, unexpected flavours and a little coffee-fuelled creativity. Reservations encouraged.

5 Sep, from 3pm—Tanjong Beach Club and GAIAVIP present TAYLLOR, bringing one of Afro House’s most distinctive sounds to the shores of Sentosa. Secure a daybed early.

This National Day, we’re handing over our City Guide over to the people who know Singapore by heart, and by taste.

This special edition covers personal picks by four of our very own: Marcus Leow (Belimbing, The Coconut Club), Mirko Febbrile (Somma, Bar Somma, Fico), 那个 xiong (Odette) and Julien Mercier (Claudine).
