HAI’s is the true embodiment of Singaporean taste and flavour that began as one woman’s labour of love - working as a chef for a Peranakan family in the 1970s, she felt inspired to break away and create her own range of raw pastes. Established as a family-owned company in 1984, and currently run by her son, Mr. Lim Swee Hai, HAI’s specialises in the production of instant pastes and curry mixes that are renowned across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region for its authentic taste and superior quality. Certified with ISO 22000 and Halal certification, HAI’s products are widely distributed in supermarkets, restaurants, food courts, hawker centres, hotels and cafeterias. Each product is made from time-tested traditional recipes, using only the finest ingredients; and some have even been awarded the Healthier Choice symbol by the Health Promotion Board of Singapore. Natural Cooking pastes are a range of curry pastes is made with natural ingredients and no added MSG, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
