We look forward to welcoming you to try this, perhaps first in Singapore hand-made tang yuan filled with minced pork and natural umami from dried shirmp and cuttlefish.

Served in our signature radish soup flavoured with lard and fried garlic, garnished with fried tofu strips and mani vegetables, this is one dish that will bring so much nostalgia.

Doesn't matter if you've never try it before, neither have I before I make one LOL, but I promise you it is so good you wouldn't want to miss this opportunity trying it as it'll only be available for a limited period!!

Savoury Hakka Mochi Balls (客家咸汤圆)

Before this, I'd never tasted a savoury glutinous rice ball. The concept intrigued me so much that I had to create one—a taste of tradition for those who remember it, and a brand-new experience for those about to discover it.

True to our Hakka roots, each mochi ball is hand-filled with a savoury minced pork filling, wok-fried with garlic, dried cuttlefish, and dried shrimp until fragrant.

They're served in our signature umami-rich broth, made from simmering white radish to perfection. The broth is then loaded with our favourite textures and flavours: tender mani leaves, chewy fried tofu strips, and a generous garnish of Chinese celery and spring onions.

The final, essential touch? A drizzle of our house-made lard and crispy garlic oil, adding a deep, savoury richness that ties everything together.

Its with much regrets that we'll be closing our stall at 2 Jalan Bukit Merah and today 31st July 2024 is our last day of business. Our Yishun stall will also be closed and last day of business will be on the 31st August 2024.

Now with the good news!!

Please visit us at our new stall inside food court at Tampines 1 and Bukit Panjang Plaza (opening on the 3rd August) We'll also be opening our third stall in September in the city so please stay tuned 🙂🙏🏼
