Most beers rely on hops for their flavour. Forth All Grain Ale does the opposite.

Brewed by Ashley and Jane at Two Metre Tall in Tasmania, this unique ale is crafted with locally grown grains, wild yeast from the Derwent Valley and absolutely no hops. The result? A refreshingly dry, gently acidic beer with delicate fruit characters that's low in alcohol but full of personality.

Fun fact? Two Metre Tall was founded with one simple mission: to create authentic estate ales, using local water, local grains and nature's own wild fermentation to let Tasmania speak through every bottle.

Different? Absolutely.

Made by Owen Latta in Victoria, Australia, this lively Sangiovese is bright, juicy and made to be enjoyed—not overthought.

Fun fact? It's made as a piquette, an old-school style where the grape skins are given a second life, creating a lighter, fresher wine that's dangerously easy to drink.
