Our story started in 1891 when Dr. August Oetker developed ‘Backin’ baking powder at his pharmacy in Bielefeld, Germany. It was with that innovation that the foundations were laid for developing the brand. Since then Dr.Oetker has become one of the largest and most important brand products provider in the world, and specially frozen pizzas.
