Buttercup Singapore Social Media Contest ("Contest") Terms and Conditions
The Contests are organised by Buttercup Singapore. Joining and participation in the Contests are subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and as may be revised by Buttercup Singapore from time to time at its sole discretion. Eligibility:
• The contest is open to all customers and members of the public who are residents of Singapore and 18 years or older.
• Participants who are minors under the age of 18 may participate with written parental consent, which may be requested by the organiser upon winning.
• Multiple entries are allowed per participant unless otherwise stated in the post. Contest Period:
• The contest will be held monthly from 1st June 2023 to 31st December 2023.
• Entries must be submitted within the contest period. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must complete the instructions as stated in the contest announcement on Buttercup Singapore's social media pages.
• Submission of multiple entries is allowed, unless stated otherwise in the post. Winner Selection:
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, unless stated otherwise in the post.
• Winners will be announced on Buttercup Singapore's social media pages and contacted via direct message within seven days of the contest end date.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three working days, a new winner will be chosen at random.
• The decision of Buttercup Singapore regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding. Prize:
• The prize will be clearly stated in the contest announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• Buttercup Singapore reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice. Publicity:
• By participating in the contest, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes.
• Participants also agree to allow Buttercup Singapore to publish their entry on its social media pages and website. Disqualification:
• Buttercup Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
• Participants who submit entries that are inappropriate, offensive, or contain copyrighted material will also be disqualified. Liability:
• Buttercup Singapore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participant's participation in the contest.
• Participants shall indemnify Buttercup Singapore from and against all claims, suits, and expenses arising from their participation in the contest. Modification:
• Buttercup Singapore reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.
• Any changes made to the terms and conditions will be posted on Buttercup Singapore's social media page under ‘About’. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore. By taking part in the Contests, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
